MediaSoft.DMS includes an enhanced content management module that can help organize and manage unlimited, n-layer (parent, child hierarchy) docs for a specific culture, revision, and product/service.

MediaSoft.DMS includes a revision module that can help manage multiple revisions for each product and service that is grouped by documents. It can help maintain documents for each version of products and services.

MediaSoft.DMS provides an additional filter within the revision module that can group documents within revision based on culture. The default is (en which is English), you can maintain each document within the same revision in different cultures e.g (fr for french, ar for Arabic) and so on.

MediaSoft.DMS provides a parent layer project module that can help manage all revisions, cultures, docs, and other content for specific products and services. Project module act as products that have builtin types (solutions, services, campaigns, etc) you can extend with your requirements.

MediaSoft.DMS provides a document management tool that can help further categorize and group documents within product, revision, and culture. There are two types of built-in available, user guides that represent product features and second is technical docs that represent technical aspects of a product or service. Both can be managed separately.

Within document types as mentioned above, MediaSoft.DMS further groups by documents within technical docs based on supported platforms associated with the project or product. Eg. group by technical documents for XYZ Project based on platforms ASP.NET, Laravel, Django, etc. You can customize platforms, documents will be automatically grouped based on associated platforms with the project.

MediaSoft.DMS includes an advanced module-based editor module for publishing content. You can easily create and register modules with the editor and later use created modules to manage content and render it appropriately the way you want. The content module can be as simple as inputting simple rich text and outputting its content or as complicated as building a complex that includes nested tables, media files, links, ul, li lists, albums, database bind contents, and anything you want.

MediaSoft.DMS includes an optional attribute editor for project profiles that can help you manage and generate custom attributes, fields, and specifications. These attributes will then be used in public listings, profiles (as biography), and searches.

MediaSoft.DMS includes an advanced media processing module that can help you upload, manage and organize unlimited photos into galleries, link photos, and galleries with documents, projects, services, blogs, etc via content editor modules.

Just like Photos, Galleries, and MediaSoft.DMS also supports managing, hosting, publishing videos, and linking youtube videos and associated videos with documents, contents, blogs, products etc via editor modules.
